Don Tito

Don Tito started in the mid-1980s in San Borja, run by Alberto —«Tito»— who raised his own chickens before opening the shop; today his three children run it and the brand has six branches in Lima. This is the original: two floors, large tables, and the same crisp-skinned chicken with fries and house sauces that the Premios Somos named the city's best in 2025. The second generation has stretched the menu into grilled meats, wings, ribs and sandwiches. Our read: come for the chicken without hesitating; it is the grill where reviews turn uneven. There is free parking, though finding a space takes patience.
