Why we recommend it
Carnívoro started on Leoncio Prado and now has rooms in Magdalena, San Miguel, Lince, Jesús María, Barranco and Surco, but the Magdalena one is still the busiest. The menu is short and direct: grilled burgers with native potatoes, wings in several styles and salchipapas to share. It opens at five in the afternoon and stretches towards midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. In 2025 it was nominated for Best Burger Joint at the Summum awards.
