Kendall Brasa

Kendall began three decades ago in San Isidro, named after the Miami neighbourhood where its founders, Javier and Fiorella, once lived. The pandemic closed that branch and left the Jesús María one standing; their only daughter Andrea, trained in Miami kitchens, reinvented it with graffiti and an urban look and widened the menu into wok dishes, grilled cuts and burgers. The chicken was left alone: it still comes off the coals on her father's secret recipe, unchanged in thirty years.
