Kotomono 647
Why we recommend it
Kotomono 647 is eaten as much for the view as for the menu. It sits on a rooftop on Alameda Perú, under a cane roof, heavy on plants and long tables, with the town spread out below after dark. The cooking is Amazonian with the turns you would expect from a young place: the mojadito is what everyone orders and turns up in most of the photographs, and around it sit tequeños, causas, grilled cuts and a bar that takes its cocktails seriously. It opens at seven in the morning, so breakfast is served too, and runs past midnight from Thursday to Saturday.
