Mercado Aviación

Mercado Aviación occupies a space at Av. Aviación 2983, in San Borja, with a terrace and a bar. The house defines itself as an all-you-can-eat bar of five restaurants: you pay one price and eat from in-house brands such as El Mexicano, Cheat Day Burger and Big Maki; diners' photos show crispy tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burgers, makis, pizza and margaritas. Our take: it is a quantity-and-variety outing for groups of friends, with a loud atmosphere, sports on screen and live music according to Google, rather than a place for refined palates. It opens every day from noon until 11 p.m. (Saturdays until midnight); bookings are via WhatsApp and parking is on the street. Curator's note: the house does not publish the all-you-can-eat price on its channels and Google shows inconsistent Sunday hours, which we loaded as 12 noon to 11 p.m.
