Mozart Restaurante Cafe

It sits at Av. Víctor Andrés Belaúnde 147, on the Vía Principal of an office-tower complex in San Isidro, with a covered terrace facing the street. The house says the project began in 2016, inspired by traditional Italian mercati and with a European-architecture feel. On its Google listing the popular dishes are the chocolate cake and the lomo saltado Mozart, and diners highlight generous sandwiches, pizzas and desserts; the website also shows brunch, cocktails and a buffet table. Our take: it is the financial district's all-rounder, as good for a working breakfast as for a relaxed dinner, more for the breadth of its menu than for a single specialty. It opens daily from 8:00 to 23:00; Google lists live music, a kids' menu, dogs allowed outside and parking with service. Curator's note: the website's FAQ mentions a 22:00 close, but its footer and Google agree on 23:00.
