Panchita

Panchita is Gastón Acurio's criollo house in Miraflores, devoted to anticucho, the grill and Lima classics in a generous register. In 2025 it placed 11th at Summum. The menu is broad and the portions notably large — diners agree you should order light — with beef-heart anticuchos, tamales, causas and mains to share. The mood is colorful and lively, with good service and quick pace; it works well for groups and families. It opens daily until late, with reduced Sunday hours. It makes sense when you want traditional Peruvian food, abundant and recognizable, without stepping into fine dining: a safe table for introducing someone to the criollo repertoire or for a large gathering with no surprises.
