Wilton's

Wilton's has one of its two locations at Avenida Aviación 5161, facing the Higuereta roundabout in Surco; the other is on Avenida Aramburú in San Isidro. The house presents itself as a bakery, pastry shop and café with a tradition dating to 1979, and sells custom cakes, whole desserts, sweet and savory party bites, small sandwiches and sandwich bread. Our take: it is an old-school neighborhood café-bakery, with a dining room for breakfast or afternoon tea and a counter to sort out a birthday cake or party bites. It opens every day from 7:30 a.m. and Google lists a 9 p.m. closing time; it takes orders via WhatsApp and delivers. Curator's note: the hours come from Google and may differ on Sundays.
