Why go
About the play: A little hen goes out for a walk and finds a grain of corn. She wonders what she could do with it and decides to plant it, for which she goes to ask each of her farm friends for help, but she realizes that none of them has time to help her. With the best of spirits, she will ask them for help again and again throughout the process of planting, watering, tending, and harvesting, until finally she takes the corn to the mill.
After seeing that no one can help her, the little hen, with everything ready, decides to prepare a delicious bread, which, once baked, gives off a wonderful smell that awakens her friend the Cat, her friend the Pig, and also the Dog. They realize that the smell is coming from the little hen's house and remember that she had asked them for help, so they decide to go help her—but it's too late, and they decide to apologize.
The little planter hen, who is very kind, understands them and forgives them, and they have a lovely gathering of friendship, celebrating with dances.
Lots of interaction with the children.
