Barra Chalaca — Surco

A seafood bar from Gastón Acurio's group, inspired by the chalaco cooking of Callao. The format is casual and quick: ceviches, causas and seafood classics in a counter-style setting rather than white tablecloths. It's a safe, reasonably priced bet when you want good seafood without an upscale cevichería bill.
