Restobar italiano all-day en la calle Dasso · san isidro · $$$
Bottega Dasso
Why we recommend it
Bottega Dasso describes itself as an all-day place in the manner of New York's Italian restaurants, and the menu bears that out: it starts at eight in the morning with fried eggs, truffled omelettes, French toast and smoked-salmon benedicts, carries on at midday with tagliatelle al pesto, spaghetti carbonara, linguine alle vongole and scallop or porcini risotto, and closes at night as a restobar. On the savoury side there is also carpaccio, tiradito, grilled octopus, provoleta, huevos rotos with jamón serrano and a 350-gram sirloin. The bar is one of the reasons people come back: original cocktails — the Mangusta with cacao fat-washed Jack Daniel's, the Miami Vice with clarified pineapple and black tea — over a single-malt and Japanese whisky list that reads like a collection. It sits on Calle Miguel Dasso in San Isidro, and in 2025 it was nominated in the restobar-lounge category at the Premios Summum.
