Cafe A Bistro

Café A Bistro has spent years in the same improbable spot: a small room inside a petrol station on Avenida Pérez Araníbar. Ashton Mullikin runs the kitchen and the menu is American with technique behind it: 170-gram burgers of coarse-ground short rib — the Café A with caramelised onion and secret sauce, the Good, Bad, Ugly with crisp onion and jalapeños, the Patty Melt with sauerkraut and dijonnaise on pullman bread — plus salads, buffalo wings, chicken tenders and the papash, fries with house ricotta and romesco. For dessert, tiramisu, crème brûlée and bread pudding. It opens every day from eight in the morning with breakfast and brunch. In 2025 it was nominated in two Premios Summum categories.
