Calavera Pizzeria

Calavera makes pizza by the slice, and the slice is large. The house logic is the slice box: four slices in a box, either as the Remix — whatever combination you want — or closed by flavour. The Kevin McCallister is the cheese one, with marinara, mozzarella, garlic butter, oregano and parmesan; the Mr. Fox is pepperoni, with honey, jalapeños and shallot; and Tropic Like It's Hot is the Hawaiian, with smoked ham, grilled pineapple and jalapeños. Whole pizzas are pickup only. It works two doughs, neo-Neapolitan and square Detroit, and has two branches: La Mar in Miraflores and El Polo in Surco. In 2026 it was nominated for best pizza at the Premios Somos.
