It sits at Jirón Pedro Martinto 114 in Barranco, and has a second location at Avenida Emilio Cavenecia 136, San Isidro. It defines itself as a coffee & deli rather than a restaurant: the coffee is specialty and it publishes its traceability — origin Jaén, in Cajamarca, typica, caturra and bourbon varieties, at 1,892 metres — and the kitchen is deli work, with grilled cheese, a turkey BLT, a capresse, the "No es triple" and the palta Cosmo. Our take: the Summum 2025 nomination in New Restaurants put it on a list where almost everything is chef-driven cooking, and Cosmo got there by being the opposite — a coffee bar with a short menu done well — which is exactly what makes it interesting. Practicalities: open seven days, Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. and Sundays from 2 p.m.; it is pet friendly. There is no website: the channel is Instagram.
