D' Tinto & Bife operates at Av. Aviación 3424, in southern San Borja, in a white-tablecloth dining room with large windows and a bar; it is one of three branches of a house born on Av. Conquistadores in December 2005, which added Miraflores in 2019. The house itself says its founder, Luis Bohl, learned about meats and grilling alongside an Argentine expert, and that his son Jerek has worked with him since 2015. The menu revolves around grilled cuts, grill starters such as empanadas and provoleta, and a wine selection Google rates as very good. Our take: it is the classic grill for lingering over wine, better suited to a long lunch or business dinner than a quick craving, now with its own branch on the Aviación corridor. It opens Monday to Saturday from 12:30 to 23:00 and Sunday until 17:00; Google recommends booking, which can be done via Mesa 24/7 or WhatsApp. There is free parking with enough space, according to Google.
