Dhaasu

Dhaasu presents itself as Peru's first Indian street-food room, and the menu follows: Delhi recipes served fast and without ceremony, with the kitchen in view and a good part of the list vegetarian or vegan. It sits on Avenida Mariscal La Mar, the Miraflores cevichería block, recognisable by its red neon sign. It works two sittings Monday to Saturday — half past twelve to four, half past six to half past ten — and straight through on Sundays until nine. Our read: the spend runs between sixty and eighty soles a head, there are outdoor tables and wifi, and it is one of the few addresses in Lima where a vegetarian diner has half the menu to choose from.
