Don Rosalino opened in 1977 as a tea room on Calle Juan Figari and grew into one of Lima's steadiest Italians. It now has two branches — Miraflores and San Borja — running the same formula: oven pizzas, fresh pasta, desserts from the case and a solid wine list. It opens at eight in the morning, so it doubles as a breakfast room. In 2026 it was nominated at the Premios Somos for the Club El Comercio.
