Don Rosalino operates at Av. Aviación 2667, on the northern stretch of the avenue in San Borja, one of its two branches alongside the one on Av. República de Panamá in Miraflores. The house says it began in 1977 as a tea room on Juan Figari street and has more than four decades in the trade; today its menu is Italian, and on Google the most popular dishes are lomo saltado with fettuccine, risottos and pizzas, along with a selection of wines and desserts Google highlights. Our take: it is the classic Lima neighborhood Italian, tablecloths and long family meals, that also works for a quiet dinner for two; Google marks it as romantic and with live music. It opens Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 22:00 and Sunday from 8:00 to 17:30; it takes reservations via its website or WhatsApp, accepts cards and has high chairs for children. Parking is free, though Google warns a spot is not always easy to find.
