El Cordón y la Rosa

El Cordón y la Rosa is one of Ica's busiest restaurants — nearly three thousand reviews — and runs on dining-hall logic: long tables, fast service and a Peruvian menu that spans cebiches and chowders through criollo dishes and grills, with the Ronda Criolla Especial as the sharing centrepiece. It has three rooms in the region (Los Maestros, La Angostura and Guadalupe); this is the one in town. In 2026 it was nominated for Best Restaurant in the Ica Region at the Premios Somos.
