Fiesta

Fiesta brings the Chiclayo cooking of northern Peru to Miraflores in a polished but tradition-faithful version. In 2025 it placed 15th at Summum. The menu leans on northern dishes — arroz con pato, goat, ceviche, fresh seafood — with careful technique and product coming from the northern coast; diners single out the goat and the ceviche above the rest. The setting is a formal tablecloth restaurant, calmer than the loud cebicherías, with service that's enthusiastic about the food. It runs mainly lunch hours, Tuesday to Sunday, closed Mondays. It makes sense when you want to know northern cooking in its restaurant version — not the budget-menu one — and value a well-executed regional dish in a comfortable setting.
