The menu crosses Peruvian dishes with international cooking and leans on the estate winery —house wines and piscos; Google credits it with a good bar, a terrace, good coffee and desserts. Our read: it is as much a hotel-guest restaurant as a stop for anyone driving Ica's pisco route, so the hours matter: breakfast 7:30 to 10 and lunch 1 to 3:30, with no dinner service.
