Intro Café Bar

Intro sits on Avenida Larco, right in the middle of Miraflores' busiest stretch, and uses that address to stretch across the whole day. In the morning it works as a café — cappuccinos with latte art, waffles, chicharrón sandwiches — and by late afternoon the counter turns into a bar: pisco sours, chilcanos, a happy hour chalked up by the door. The kitchen backs it with things to pick at: tartares, pizza bianca, boards. It is one of the few places on the avenue that opens at eight and closes at one, stretching to half past two on Fridays and Saturdays.
