Isushi

Isushi Surco sits at Av. Caminos del Inca 1517, in the Higuereta area, and is one of the chain's Lima branches, which include Miraflores, Chorrillos, San Miguel, Jesús María and Los Olivos. Its format is an all-you-can-eat bar of makis and chicken wings, with cocktails and beers on the side. Our take: it is not a product-driven Japanese spot but a quantity plan, built for birthdays, class reunions and hungry groups, and on those terms it delivers. According to Google it opens from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and until 11:30 p.m. Friday to Sunday, takes reservations, and parking nearby is hard.
