Kero Lounge by Osaka

Kero takes its name from the Andean ceremonial cup and behaves accordingly: the list is arranged in four chapters — signatures, natives, house classics and no-alcohol — and nearly every drink runs through an unusual Japanese or Peruvian ingredient: kombu, matcha, togarashi, matacuy, gari. You enter through the Pardo y Aliaga tower, ground floor; the kitchen is Osaka's own, so the makis and tiraditos reach the bar directly. Tuesday to Thursday it closes at half past midnight; on Friday and Saturday the DJ stretches it to half past two.
