Kjolle is Pía León's own restaurant inside Casa Tupac in Barranco, the same complex that houses Central. In December 2025 it placed second at Latin America's 50 Best and was named the best restaurant in Peru, also winning the Art of Hospitality award for its service; on the global list it sits at No.9. León's cooking centers the ingredient: heavy product research, but the result always stays recognizable on the plate, never over-handled.
