La Cuadra de Salvador - La Molina

La Cuadra de Salvador has one of its four Lima locations in La Molina, at Av. Javier Prado Este 5850, alongside Barranco, San Isidro and Chacarilla. The concept is the brand's: grilled cuts of beef under the motto that the best American cut is at La Cuadra, plus cocktails and a wine selection that Google highlights. Our take: it is La Molina's take on an occasion steakhouse, for a long dinner or a date night without having to head down to Barranco or San Isidro. It opens every day from midday, closing at 1:00 Thursday to Saturday and at 21:00 on Sundays; Google recommends booking for dinner and the house takes reservations by phone and on its website. There is parking with attendant service. Curator's note: this location's Google listing still has few reviews (around a hundred).
