Nagoya sits at Av. Circunvalación Club Golf Los Incas 154 in Monterrico and splits its space into three settings: the rotating kaitén counter, a cocktail lounge bar and a dining room, plus private event spaces. The menu runs through makis, nigiris, sashimi, tiraditos, ceviches and hot dishes, with separate menus for the counter, the lounge and the dining room. Our take: the kaitén is the reason to go —it turns sushi into a game of picking and tasting— and the rest works as a roomy Nikkei restaurant for groups or a quiet dinner. It opens Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 23:00 and on Sundays until 18:00; reservations are made through WhatsApp, and Google notes a children's menu, high chairs, a bar, wheelchair access and free parking.
