Poke 51

Poke 51 is at Av. Mariscal La Mar 1263, on the restaurant stretch of Miraflores near the San Isidro border, with a few outdoor tables. The house now presents itself as P51, Nikkei cuisine, and its website names the Nikkei tiradito with leche de tigre, the flame-seared nigiri, the Nikkei taco and the poke bowl; diners' photos also show tuna, ceviche and kulfi. Our take: it is a neighborhood Nikkei spot that grew out of poke and now plays in the tiradito-and-nigiri league, with comfortable service — a bar, outdoor seating, dogs allowed, and Google lists high chairs for kids. According to Google it opens Monday to Saturday from noon to 11 pm and on Sundays until 9 pm; reservations through Mesa 24/7, and it also answers on WhatsApp. Curator's note: the official website already uses the P51 brand, while Google and Instagram keep the Poke 51 name.
