Cevichería Los Delfines

Los Delfines sits at Av. Panamericana Sur 106, at the southern end of Barranco, and describes itself as a place for "seafood and northern lunches" with an "exquisite Chiclayo flavor". Its account shows classic ceviche, the trío marino, fried fish chicharrón, sudado de chita and northern-style goat stew. Our take: it is an unpretentious lunchtime cevichería, the kind you choose for proximity and portions rather than the experience; useful if you are in the area and want seafood at midday. It opens every day from 10 am to 6 pm according to Google, and takes reservations and orders by phone and WhatsApp. Curator's note: it has no website and its Instagram is small with little activity; we could not verify on-site amenities, payment methods or price range.
