Our take: it is the Miraflores neighborhood version of a downtown institution; you come for a quick chicharrón sandwich, not for the space. It opens Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to Google.
