Tambo de Tacama
Why we recommend it
It opened in 2015 as the country's first wine-tourism centre and operates inside the Tacama estate in La Tinguiña, on a vineyard the house dates to 1540. The menu is criollo and Ican —sharing plates, garden salads, mains— and you drink what is made metres from the table; there's a bar, free wifi, a terrace and outdoor tables. Our read: it is as much a winery visit as a long lunch, and the hours confirm it: daytime only, 9:30 to 5, closed Mondays. It was nominated for Best Restaurant in Ica at the 2026 Premios Somos. The house publishes its priced menu on its own site.
