Tití
Why we recommend it
Tití is one of Lima's benchmark chifas, specialized in classic Cantonese cooking, and in 2025 it won Summum's Chifa and Chinese Cuisine category. It sits in San Isidro on Javier Prado Este and is famous for filling up: reservations are worth making well ahead — sometimes with a deposit — since demand outstrips tables. The menu is broad and built for group sharing: barbecue pork ribs, roast duck, fried wontons, chaufa and garlic beef. Service is quick and the kitchen keeps technique and ingredients consistent across the years. It runs lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday, closed Mondays. It makes sense for a high-level chifa meal, in a large group, when you want the best of the category and can plan the booking.
