Boycott bills itself as a «burger dealer» and grew fast: from this original Mariscal Cáceres shop to La Encalada in Surco and a take-away counter in Magdalena. The room is small, with terrace seating and its own parking, and everything points at the patty —American-style cheeseburgers, fries and shakes— rather than at lingering. In 2025 it won Best Burger at El Comercio's Premios Somos. Our read: this is a stop, not a destination; come off-peak, because the wait shows when it fills up. Opening straight through from 8:15 a.m. is unusual for the category.
