D' Tinto & Bife Miraflores is at Av. República de Panamá 6472, in the San Antonio area. According to the restaurant, founder Luis Bohl opened the first location on Av. Conquistadores in December 2005, with grilling craft learned from an Argentine master, and this second branch arrived in 2019 with underground private wine cellars and a rooftop bar; the brand now also has a location in San Borja. People come for meat and wine: Google highlights the Patagonia grill platter for two and the skirt steak, and short ribs and steaks are among what diners photograph most. Our take: it is a grill with formal service and a serious cellar, better suited to a long dinner for two or a celebratory gathering than to a quick lunch. It opens every day from 12:30 —until 11 p.m., and until 5 p.m. on Sundays—, Google recommends booking, and the restaurant offers parking with valet.
