Doomo Saltado

Doomo Saltado has two locations, Lince and this one at Av. Caminos del Inca 1418 in Santiago de Surco, which according to the house opened in 2023. The concept revolves around wok-smoked lomo saltado —its motto is "Fuego del Bueno"—, with more than 60 variations of saltados, some in vegetarian or vegan versions, plus cocktails, wines and desserts. Our take: it is a specialty restaurant that turns a classic of Chinese-Creole cooking into a whole menu, and it works best when you go for exactly that: to try different saltados and share. According to its website it opens Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday until 11 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 8 pm; it takes reservations through Mesa 24/7, and Google recommends booking for lunch.
