Muju — Belmond Río Sagrado

Muju is the restaurant of the Río Sagrado hotel, between Urubamba and Ollantaytambo, and works with whatever comes out of the house garden: native potatoes, quinoa, herbs and vegetables that feed a contemporary Peruvian menu. The dining room has a timber roof and windows onto the valley, with a terrace over the river and a long bar. It opens from half past five in the morning, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. In 2026 it was nominated for Best Restaurant in the Cusco Region at the Premios Somos, still under its former name, El Huerto.
