It occupies the old Casona Montero Bernales at Jr. Centenario 105, a few blocks from the Bajada de Baños: a brick-and-timber façade, indoor dining rooms and a terrace built over the courtyard. The house is built around USA Prime American cuts; among the dishes Google flags as popular are the picaña and the lomo saltado risotto, while reviews keep naming the chorizos, the provoleta and the drinks list. Our read: this is the brand's founding location — San Isidro came later — and the one that best explains why it works: the old house does half the job and the grill the other half, so it is a celebration plan rather than a quick lunch. It opens Monday to Wednesday from 12:45 to 23:30, Thursday to Saturday until 1:00 am and Sunday from 12:30 to 21:00; Google recommends booking for dinner without requiring it and puts the spend above S/ 200 per person.
