La Cuadra de Salvador - Steakhouse

It sits at Calle Santa Luisa 265, on the corner of Tradiciones, in a space the house itself describes as 1,000 m² with imposing architecture; it is one of its four Lima branches, alongside Barranco, Chacarilla and La Molina. You come for the beef: the brand presents itself as an American steakhouse and works dry-aged cuts, and its online menu adds starters such as chicharrón tacos or wagyu nigiri and pastas such as rigatoni with four-pepper tenderloin. Our take: this is the corporate, large-format version of La Cuadra, built for business lunches and celebrations more than for an intimate long meal. Google says reservations are required; the house takes them by WhatsApp and routes groups of more than eight and private rooms to a separate line. It opens daily from noon, until 1 a.m. Thursday to Saturday and until 9 p.m. on Sundays.
