It is at Av. César Vallejo 1502 in Lince, sharing premises with El Merlín de Cabo Blanco. Alejandro Guevara opened it — he previously ran a sandwich shop in Piura and founded El Merlín; it started as a dark kitchen in October 2023 and only opened its physical room in 2025. The menu turns around turkey — criollo, pulled, and a version with noodles — and adds chicharrón, chicken and roast beef. Our read: turkey is the hardest sandwich to sustain outside December, and building a whole menu on it is a neighbourhood sandwich-house bet rather than a shop-window one; the Piura origin explains the seasoning more than the format. The practicalities: it closes Mondays and works two shifts, 8 to 12 noon and 5 to 11 at night, so there is no lunch service. The entry records a 2026 Premios Somos nomination for Best Sandwiches.
