Cirqa

CIRQA occupies a 16th-century sillar building in Arequipa's historic centre — once a monastery, today a Relais & Châteaux parador with eleven rooms around a central courtyard. The dining room is a carefully cooked restobar, with floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a way out to the patio, where fire pits are lit at night. Our read: it is as much a place to stay as to dine, and that is the point: you can book a table without sleeping there, but call ahead — the house is small and works with limited covers. Nominated for Summum 2025 as Restaurant of Arequipa and for the Arequipa region at the Premios Somos 2026.
