El Hornero started more than twenty years ago in Chorrillos, run by Armando Tafur, and now has rooms in Barranco, San Isidro, La Molina, Asia and Chorrillos. The Barranco one is the busiest of them all — over five thousand reviews — and runs the usual formula: grilled cuts, anticuchos, criollo sides and a long wine list, in a wide room with a terrace. It stays open until midnight Monday to Saturday.
