The concept is the chain's, born in 2016: shámbar on Monday, caldo de cabeza on Tuesday, then menestrón, patasca, huallpa chupe, lamb broth and sancochado on Sunday, with artisan breads and criollo dishes, according to Infomercado. Our take: it is the brand's most tourist-facing branch, useful for a hot soup in central Miraflores at almost any hour.
